Hearts, stars, and pretzels made from delicious gingerbread, covered in milk or dark chocolate. One of the many gingerbread specialties from Weiss in Neu-Ulm, a traditional company that has been producing a variety of Christmas treats based on wafer-style gingerbread since 1925. Today, Weiss Spezialitäten is part of the Aachen-based Lambertz Group.
